Associate Designation Application and Renewal Checklist

Initial Application

Complete 4 Core Course, and quiz for each in iaedp’s LMS Portal

• Core courses are each worth 3 hours of CE

Final Exam

• Score is valid for 2 years

Complete Associates Designation application HERE

• Proof of Core Course and Exam completion
• Application fee paid - $25 (dependent on international zone)

Once your application is complete it will be reviewed by the Certification Committee. Please allow 30 days.

Renewal Application - 5 year renewal cycle

• 20 Eating Disorder specific CEs
• Certificate must include name, date, title of training, and # of hours received
• Complete renewal application including paying fee - $25 (dependent on international zone)
