• At the time of booth registration, you have the option to pay a 30% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Your balance will be due in full by January 21, 2023.  This balance due will be auto-paid to the credit card you used for your deposit.
• You may also opt to pay for the booth in full at the time of registration.
• Once your payment for your exhibit booth in full is received you will receive a code to register your complimentary booth attendee.
• Please note that the commitment to exhibit DOES NOT register an   attendee for the symposium and you MUST do this prior to arriving on-site. Your complimentary attendee cannot be registered until   we receive payment in full for your booth personnel.
