Black Women’s Bodies – Culture, Body Image and Eating Disorders in Black Women presented by Carolyn Coker Ross, MD, MPH, CEDS

There is a dawning recognition that eating disorders are not limited to young white women.  However, there are still many black women who go undiagnosed and untreated.  This webinar explores the unique history of racism, microaggressions, poverty and trauma that has led to the development of eating disorders in African-American women and offers clinicians specific skills in interviewing and treating black women with eating disorders.

Webinar fees are not subject to refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, inability to join the webinar as planned or technology issues.
